The staff was really friendly. maggie brightened our breakfasts. with a great sense of humour. The food was excellent! i will remember their kindness for a long time.
our bath suite windows had no net curtains. everyone in the restaurant could look into the room. we had to keep the blackout blinds closed.

I found parking quite easy. The reception staff greeted me with politeness and provided helpful information. I loved that the hotel is very close to the theatre.. it's less than two minutes away. The location is great.
My room faced the street, and I experienced considerable noise from a door that kept slamming shut downstairs.

I liked that the restaurant, tea room, and bar had a modern design. the sea view from my room was great. the staff were always friendly and helpful. katelyn, the waitress, stood out. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. the location was near the beach and other amenities which was great.

the breakfast was lovely. it was nice to have the hot food freshly cooked, not a hot buffet. the restaurant area was cute and the staff were friendly and polite.
i found several small pieces of gristle in my chicken panini. a memorial to the crews situated on the terrace had disappeared and was most likely destroyed.
